Doctors in Washington and AHA question generic student testing

At $44,000 per life saved, American Heart questions the viability of EKG testing. With a morbidity rate of 0.5 percent, this comes out to $2,200 for testing. We believe that we can perform tests on students at $15/athlete which comes in at about $3000 per life saved.
